iTR (Torrent Relay) is just great… I LOVE how it converts videos from AVI, WMV etc to iPhone / iPod format on the fly!

Saving all the files right into dTunes is very welcome too!

Keep up the good work dTunes!

after installing dtunes 2.63 onto 2.2 after starting up dtunes have a backlight suddenly stop working. \the only solution to that was a re-installation the entire system. any other way to fix that bug?

  12. rsdev Says:

The backlight and dimming issues have been fixed in the latest version.

This was caused due to changes in the firmware 2.2

Note: All applications which alter brightness will be affected by this change.

Where can I download dtunes on my iPhone 2g(version-1.1.4).
    …..

  17. rsdev Says:

dTunes can only run on firmware 2.0 or greater. You will need to upgrade before installing.

  18. rsdev Says:

    @mosin,

You need to either uninstall Safari Download Plugin inside Cydia or install BigBoss prefs and the Safari Plugin and turn OFF the Safari Download Plugin.

Note: These issues are not caused by dTunes.

  19. spblinux Says:

    dtunes 2.72-1 backlight issues:
backlight on/off icon in Media Player screen works and restoring backup when switching away from dtunes by pressing home button works as well.

But if backlight is switched off, medai player remains open and auto lock triggers: if the phone is switched on again, backlight is off and backlight on/off icon does nothing! (same behaviour if power button gets pressed)

Workaround: strong light makes icons visible; shutdown the phone. Start it again and backlight should be on. – So instead of turning backlight off better press the power button. dplayer continues to run and screen is dark while playing. – Great app!
