They plug into the DOCK connector. Any other cables won't work becuase apple now requires an "authentication" chip so you have to buy apple cables. Its nothing to do with TorrentRelay. I've gotten it to output to my Bravia HDTV just fine, but had to buy the apple cables on ebay for about $10. On a side note yes the saving isn't perfect but it does work!
